This marketplace helps customers discover and communicate with independent event-service providers. Unless an explicit written agreement says otherwise, the marketplace is not a party to any customer-provider agreement and does not perform, supervise, insure, or guarantee provider services. Customers must provide accurate request details and evaluate providers independently. Providers must keep listings accurate, comply with applicable laws, and honor agreements they make independently with customers. The marketplace may review, remove, suspend, or restrict content or accounts to protect users, investigate reports, enforce these terms, or comply with law.
