This marketplace collects account identifiers supplied during sign-in and the information you choose to enter into event requests, provider profiles, messages, reviews, safety reports, and support communications. Public-facing provider profiles are visible only when an owner activates them. We use information to operate the marketplace, match customers with selected providers, maintain private account workspaces, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information. Customers control which providers receive a quote request, while providers receive only the request information needed to respond. Authorized operators may access information when necessary for support, safety, moderation, or legal compliance. Retention and deletion requests remain subject to applicable law and operational obligations.
